We work with organisations large and small to support their drug and alcohol screening requirements, both in the UK and beyond. Our online shop offers businesses the convenience of quick, online purchasing, whether they are first-time or repeat customers.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

When purchasing from our website, all goods must be paid for online via credit or debit card at the time of ordering. We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB.  If you wish to place an order via an alternative means, please Contact Us.

When And How Are Products Despatched/Delivered?

We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timescales are as follows:

UK deliveries (excl Northern Ireland): 1-3 working days from despatch.
International deliveries (incl Northern Ireland): Usually within 5 working days from despatch, although this is dependent on transit through customs in the destination country.

To Which Countries Do You Ship?

We ship to most countries worldwide, with the exception of some where we already have distributors. If your country is not listed in the country dropdown box during registration, please visit our Distributors page for details of the local Intelligent Fingerprinting distributor for your region.

Do You Sell To Consumers As Well As Businesses?

No, we are a business-to-business (B2B) supplier and do not sell any products directly to consumers. Any orders placed by non-business customers will be cancelled and refunded.

Do You Accept Returns

We regret that we can only accept the return of goods if they are defective. As a business-to-business supplier we are exempt from Consumer Contracts regulations. In the unlikely event that any products you receive are defective, please contact us for instructions on how to return them. For Warranty information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Will I be Charged For Customs And Taxes When Ordering From Outside The UK?

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please note that local duties and taxes may apply to your purchase and it will be your responsibility to pay such charges locally.

Do You Offer Product Training?

Our drug screening system is easy to use and full training (delivered live online) is provided free-of-charge to new customers in all aspects of the system, including how to maintain a robust chain of custody throughout the process.  Following your purchase, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date for training.

What Regulatory Approval Is Needed?

Use of Intelligent Fingerprinting products outside the UK may be subject to local regulatory approvals. If in doubt, please check your local regulations before ordering.

What Are Your Quality Assurance Credentials?

Intelligent Fingerprinting is committed to delivering excellence in all its activities from research, development and manufacturing of its products, through to the sales, supply and ongoing service provided to customers and partners.  Research and development, manufacturing facilities and operations for the company’s drug screening products meet stringent validation criteria which comply with ISO 13485 standard for In Vitro Diagnostic Devices and Medical Devices, including associated Risk Management Conformity to ISO 14971:2019, in addition to ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
