The Daily Telegraph reports that a hand-held roadside drug testing device is in development by Intelligent Fingerprinting.  It will be able to detect whether drivers have taken drugs simply by testing their fingerprint sweat.  The device has been developed by academics at Intelligent Fingerprinting, a spin-out company of the University of East Anglia.
